We currently ship to:
- Mainland France
- European Union
- International destinations (outside the EU)
2. Delivery Times
- Morocco: Up to 72 hours- Casablanca: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM
- France (Domestic shipping): Up to 5 business day
- European Union: 7 to 10 business days
- International (outside the EU): 10 to 15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or peak periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, promotions, etc.).
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping delays may occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your package.
All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.
5. Shipping Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet the indicated delivery times, delays may occur due to exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, customs procedures, etc.).
If you experience a significant delay, please contact our customer service team, we’ll be happy to assist you.
Personalized Products
Please note that orders containing personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes once the parcel has been shipped.

Product Return Conditions
Once your cancellation request has been sent:
- Place the product(s) back in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Please include your order number inside the package.

Refund Policy
- All payments received will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- If payment was made fully by gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card.
- If payment was made partially by gift card, the non-gift-card amount will be refunded first, and the remaining balance will be refunded as a gift card.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s) or proof of return.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for refunds of customs duties or taxes paid directly to authorities.
- Refund amounts may be reduced if products are returned damaged or mishandled.
- If a refund is issued before inspection and damage is later identified, you may be required to reimburse an appropriate amount.
- Please keep your delivery receipt until your refund is completed.
- Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ from the original price paid.
- Gift vouchers and personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
