Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Morocco are delivered within 72h, with same-day delivery in Casablanca for orders placed before 2 PM. France delivery takes up to 5 business days, the EU 7–10 business days, and international orders 10–15 business days. These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak periods.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact amount before confirming your purchase.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or events. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on the website.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide, including Europe and international destinations outside the EU.

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping timelines and costs are defined based on your location and order size.

  • All Ethnik products are designed and produced in Morocco, in collaboration with local artisans and partners, supporting local craftsmanship and savoir-faire.

  • Minimum quantities vary depending on the product and level of customization. Feel free to reach out at sales@ethnik.com.co with your project and estimated quantities and we’ll guide you accordingly.

  • We collaborate with brands, institutions, cultural actors, and individuals on custom and creative projects: from corporate gifting and events to cultural editions and long-term creative partnerships.

  • Yes. Beyond adapting existing Ethnik pieces, we can imagine and create entirely new objects together. Each collaboration is an open creative process, where we explore ideas, formats, and possibilities based on your project.

Returns & Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to find a suitable solution. contact@ethnik.com.co

  • Yes, we offer refunds on eligible items returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note that personalized products and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • You will be refunded the amount paid for the product(s), excluding original shipping costs. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order benefited from free shipping, return shipping costs are still the responsibility of the customer.

  • Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
